UI / UX Designer (m/f/d)
Working in Munich, Germany
We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer, with a user-centric and Low-Code mindset, to be involved in the ECT Products and Design System. Our projects go from the design and implementation of the Low-Code development platform to ready-to-use communication services, built with the Low-Code platform, such as video conferencing or collaboration services.

What are we looking for?
- You can contribute to the creation, maintenance and implementation of a Design System for Low-Code and Telco solutions.
- You can empathise with the user and anticipate their needs and assumptions. If the team needs to gain sight of the users, you are not afraid to ask questions and steer user wishes.
- You can present concepts and communicate your ideas through wireframes, user flows or other design deliverables.
- You can design appealing UI systems and create consistent UI libraries and prototypes.
- You can conduct user research, comparative analysis, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- You communicate what is important for implementation, and you take ownership of design reviews.
- You are eager to learn, grow and evolve with our Design Team.
- You are a team player with a proactive and innovative mentality.
- You like to contribute to UI/UX discussions and decisions in cooperation with other designers.
- You can handle feedback, and manage tasks prioritising and deadlines.
Skills and Experience
- Two or more years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Being experienced in creating mobile and web applications.
- Experienced with Design Guidelines and Accessibility.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Product Design, Interaction Design or equivalent training.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (German is not required).
Bonus points:
- Experience with Low-Code platforms;
- Experience with Web builders such as Wix, Webflow, etc;
- Experience with Design Systems.
